Overview
Based on a 2002 research study by David Lisak Ph.D. titled The Undetected Rapist. The research focused on interviews of 120 rapists in Boston, NY, USA. 76 of these participants are serial rapists and had, on average, attacked 14 victims each, creating the results shown in the graph I made below. 
Furthermore, from the research, Lisak, listed 6 common characteristics that could identify signs of an "Undetected Rapist": sexual behavior, attitudes and beliefs, emotions and motivations, sexually violent subcultures, hyper masculinity and developmental antecedents.
